DropHit.com was started in 1993 in Newark, Delaware. The main purpose of DropHit.com was, and still is, to help promote Unsigned bands.

 We have had many incarnations of DropHit and will probably continue to change up until we are too old to type!

Having played in bands and been in the scene for the last 15 years, we understand the struggles of being an unsigned artist, and how hard it is to get recognized.

Thats why we are here, to provide a place for the unsigned, unseen, struggling bands to come and showcase their stuff!
